1. Who we are
Inpput is a service being developed by CIO SOLUTIONS LTD, company number 16179733. Our registered office is C/O Pm+M, New Century House Greenbank Technology Park, Challenge Way, Blackburn, Lancashire, BB1 5QB, United Kingdom.
Contact support@inpput.ai about the service or privacy@inpput.ai about personal information. Our privacy policy, data rights page and cookie policy explain the corresponding draft arrangements.
2. Using Inpput
Inpput is intended to help people create input screens and record, organise and export information. Availability, compatibility and supported features will be described before launch.
Where accounts are offered, provide accurate details, protect your sign-in information and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. Use only accounts and information you are entitled to access. Anyone acting for a business must have its authority.
Inpput is intended as a recording tool, not a medical service or emergency monitoring system. Workout routines and personal check-ins do not provide diagnosis, treatment or professional medical advice. Obtain appropriate professional advice before making health decisions.
3. Your content and our software
You retain ownership of the content you provide. The proposed permission to Inpput is limited to processing, storing and displaying that content as necessary to provide the features you request, including sharing or exports you initiate. It does not transfer ownership.
Only submit material you have the right to use. Obtain appropriate authority before entering or sharing someone else’s information. Business customers, including trainers working with clients, will need clear responsibilities for client permissions and personal data.
Inpput’s software, branding and original website materials remain owned by us or our licensors. A subscription would provide permission to use the agreed features, rather than ownership of the software.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Inpput to break the law, infringe others’ rights, harass or exploit people, upload malware, interfere with security, or access information without permission. Do not impersonate another person or use someone else’s credentials. Report misuse through support.
If sharing between users is introduced, reporting, moderation and blocking arrangements must be completed before those features launch.
5. AI and other services
The concept includes exporting information for use in other apps, potentially including AI services. Specific integrations and any built-in AI features are not yet confirmed. Review what you send, the recipient’s privacy practices and its terms before choosing to share.
AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Check important results before acting on them. Any future automatic sharing, AI processing or consequential actions will need clear explanations and appropriate controls in the product and final privacy policy.
6. Plans, payments and cancellation
The current pricing concept is Free with 3 lists and text, number, choice, score and button fields. Plus at $25 per year adds multiple screens, voice recordings, images and video. Business offers Plus features with a tailored setup, by enquiry. These are indicative plans. This website does not currently take subscription payments.
Before any future purchase, the purchase screen must clearly state the features, total price, currency, taxes, billing period, renewal behaviour and cancellation terms. For an app-store purchase, the store’s displayed purchase terms and applicable rules will form part of that transaction.
See subscription help for draft cancellation and refund guidance. Deleting an app or an Inpput account should not be treated as cancelling a store subscription: manage billing separately with the seller. Nothing here removes applicable cancellation, refund or other consumer rights.
7. Ending your use and service changes
You may stop using Inpput. The account deletion page sets out the proposed request route; the final process must explain verification, timing and any lawful retention.
The proposed approach to restrictions is proportionate: explain the reason and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve an issue where possible. Urgent security risks or legal obligations may require immediate action. Users should have a way to challenge a restriction through support.
Final terms must provide reasonable notice of material service or contract changes, explain any effect on paid access and preserve applicable remedies. This draft makes no availability or launch-date guarantee.
8. Your rights and complaints
Nothing in these proposed terms excludes rights or liability that the law does not allow to be excluded. No liability cap or broad waiver is set by this draft.
For a complaint, email support@inpput.ai with a description of the issue and the outcome you seek. For privacy concerns, use privacy@inpput.ai.
See the legal centre for all draft policies.
