Draft — app data details to confirm

This policy is being prepared for Inpput’s website and planned mobile apps. App storage, providers and retention are undecided. The confirmation notes identify unfinished disclosures; this draft is not a final app privacy notice.

1. Who we are

Inpput is operated by CIO SOLUTIONS LTD. Registered office: C/O Pm+M, New Century House Greenbank Technology Park, Challenge Way, Blackburn, Lancashire, BB1 5QB.

For privacy questions, contact privacy@inpput.ai. For product help, contact support@inpput.ai.

CIO SOLUTIONS LTD is the controller when it decides why and how personal information is used. If a business uses Inpput to manage other people’s information, that business may be the controller and Inpput its processor.

To confirm: The roles for each business feature, any required data processing agreement, and whether a data protection officer or overseas representative is required.

2. The current website

The current interactive demonstration holds entries in the page’s temporary memory and resets them on refresh. Copying and downloading happen when you choose those actions. Downloaded files and clipboard copies remain under your control outside the page.

Contact actions open an email draft in your email application; they do not submit an account registration. If you send an email, we receive your address, message and any attachments. Share only what is needed for your enquiry.

The current site requests fonts from Google. These requests disclose network information, such as an IP address, to that provider. No analytics script was identified in the reviewed website code. This does not establish what the hosting platform records. See the cookie policy.

To confirm: Hosting and email providers, server logs, font delivery, information collected by the deployed site, and retention for enquiries and technical records.

3. Information the planned apps may use

The final feature set is undecided. Categories to assess include account and contact details; forms, notes and uploaded content; connected-service information; purchase records; device identifiers, diagnostics and usage events. Possible sources are you, a business inviting you, your device, connected services and app stores. These are planning categories, not a statement that the present demo collects them.

To confirm: Exact data and sources, required versus optional fields, consequences of withholding required data, device permissions, AI prompts and outputs, provider access and any training use, analytics, advertising, and automated decisions or profiling.

Do not enter real health information, children’s information or other sensitive personal records into the demonstration. Before features handling such information launch, eligibility, safeguards and any additional legal conditions must be documented.

To confirm: Minimum age, launch countries, whether children may access the service, and whether health or other special-category information is supported. Such processing needs an appropriate lawful basis and an additional special-category condition.

4. Why information is used

The proposed purposes and legal bases below require confirmation against the actual service:

  • Answer enquiries: legitimate interests in responding to requests; taking steps towards a contract where applicable.
  • Provide an account and requested features: contract, where processing is necessary to deliver that service.
  • Security and troubleshooting: legitimate interests in protecting and operating the service, subject to assessment.
  • Required financial or regulatory records: legal obligation, identifying the applicable obligation.
  • Optional tracking or marketing: consent where required, with an accessible way to withdraw it.

To confirm: The final purpose-by-purpose legal basis, legitimate-interest assessments, marketing arrangements and consent controls. Accepting terms alone does not provide consent for unrelated processing.

5. Recipients and international transfers

Potential recipients include hosting, email, authentication, storage, AI, support, payment and diagnostics providers; services you connect; and relevant authorities where disclosure is legally required. The final notice must identify the recipients actually used and what they receive.

To confirm: Provider names, processor contracts, sharing purposes, any sale or advertising use, processing countries, international transfer safeguards and how to obtain details of those safeguards.

6. Retention and security

The demo’s temporary entries reset on refresh. Retention for emails, hosting records and future app data has not been finalised. A schedule must cover active accounts, closed accounts, backups, support records and legally required records.

To confirm: Specific retention periods or criteria, deletion and backup schedules, access controls, encryption, incident handling and export options. This draft does not certify security controls that have not been verified.

7. Your rights and complaints

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, and withdraw consent. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing. See GDPR and your privacy rights or email privacy@inpput.ai. Account requests are explained on the account deletion page.

You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office through its complaints service. Other applicable laws may also give you rights through your local supervisory authority.

8. Updates to this policy

The final notice must match the service before launch. Future changes will be dated here, with additional notice where required before new uses of personal information begin.
