Request account or data deletion

Email privacy@inpput.ai with the subject “Inpput deletion request”.
Tell us whether you want your whole Inpput account and associated data deleted, or a specific item such as a support enquiry. If you have an account, send the request from its email address where possible.
We may need reasonable information to verify that the request is yours. Do not send a password, full payment details or identity documents unless a suitable verification process has been arranged.

This opens an email draft. Review it and send it from your email app. Opening the draft does not submit a request or delete anything. If you do not use an email app, copy privacy@inpput.ai into your webmail.

Clear the website preview

The phone demo keeps inputs in page memory. Refresh the product page to reset them, or close the tab to discard the session. Browser history may restore a previous page. Delete downloaded files from your device and clear copied text from your clipboard separately if needed.

We cannot delete an account belonging to the separate hosting service through an Inpput request. Manage that account with its provider.

What deletion will cover

The app’s final deletion process must explain which account records, saved inputs, custom screens, uploaded files and connection credentials it removes. These categories depend on the app’s final design and are not a confirmed inventory of data currently held.

Information already sent to another service may also be held by that service under its own policy. A business or trainer may have separate responsibilities for records they control. We will need to explain these situations in the final policy.

To confirm: the exact in-app deletion steps, verification method, data categories removed, handling of business records, connected-service data and any sign-in tokens. The website route must be paired with working in-app deletion controls before launch.

Timing and retained data

Data-protection requests are handled within the applicable legal time limits, generally one month, subject to lawful identity checks and extensions. If an exception or extension applies, we will explain it. This is separate from the app’s technical deletion and backup schedule, which is still to be confirmed.

To confirm: the time to delete active records; when backups expire; any billing, fraud-prevention or legal records retained; and a specific reason and retention period for each exception. No blanket retention period has been set in this draft.

Check any subscription separately

Deleting an account or uninstalling an app does not necessarily cancel a subscription. If you purchase through Apple or Google, manage the subscription with that store. The Inpput website preview does not currently take payment.
