1. Your rights
Under applicable data protection law, including the UK GDPR, your rights may include:
- Information and access: understand how your data is used and request a copy.
- Correction: ask for inaccurate information to be corrected.
- Erasure: ask for information to be deleted when the relevant conditions apply.
- Restriction: ask for certain uses of your information to be limited.
- Portability: receive certain information you provided in a reusable format, where applicable.
- Consent: withdraw consent at any time, without changing the lawfulness of earlier consent-based processing.
- Automated decisions: protections where applicable, including the ability to challenge significant decisions made solely through automated processing.
Your right to object: You may object to processing based on legitimate interests because of your circumstances. You can object to the use of your information for direct marketing at any time.
Rights depend on the reason for using the information and the applicable law. Deletion is not absolute: some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or legal claims.
2. Make a privacy request
Email privacy@inpput.ai with your request and enough context to locate the relevant information. If applicable, include the account email and organisation involved. You do not need to use legal terminology or a special form. Do not send passwords or identity documents unless a proportionate check is requested.
You can also write to CIO SOLUTIONS LTD, C/O Pm+M, New Century House Greenbank Technology Park, Challenge Way, Blackburn, Lancashire, BB1 5QB.
For account closure, see delete your account. For general help, email support@inpput.ai.
3. What happens next
Requests must be handled without undue delay and within applicable legal deadlines, normally one month. Proportionate identity checks, permitted clarification or a lawful extension may affect that timing. Where an extension applies, the reason must be explained. Requests are normally free; legal exceptions are limited.
If a request cannot be met in full, the response should explain the reason, any information retained and how to challenge the decision.
To confirm before launch: A monitored privacy mailbox, request owner, identity checks, export and deletion tools, provider coordination and a record of responses. The final app’s completion times remain undecided.
4. If a business holds your information
If an organisation uses Inpput to manage information about you, it may decide how that information is used. Contact that organisation as well as us so the request reaches the correct controller.
To confirm: Controller and processor roles, business processing agreements, request-routing arrangements, and whether EU GDPR or representative requirements also apply.
5. Raise a concern
Contact privacy@inpput.ai about a privacy concern. You also have the right to contact the Information Commissioner’s Office or another competent supervisory authority.
Read the privacy policy for current website behaviour and the app disclosures still being finalised.
